Unconscious Man Rescued From Burning Home

A Northwoods Beach man is lucky to be alive after his neighbors rescued him from his burning home, according to Bass Lake Fire Chief Marvin Mullett.

Mullett said the neighbors fought through flames and smoke around 10:30 p.m.

Monday to pull Mike Reinert to safety, who was unconscious.

Mullett said his is expected to fully recover.
