Sex Offender Released into Superior Neighborhood
Superior Police Notify Community About Release of Sex Offender
Superior Police are notifying the community about the release of a sex offender.
Jesse Lee Thompson was convicted of 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 2000.
He has been incarcerated since that time in the Wisconsin prison system.
He will be released from secure custody on July 14, 2015 and will be under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Office.
He will be living at 1616 N 16th Street, Superior.
This offender’s victim was a juvenile female known to him.
He is expected to follow special rules of supervision which include the following:
1) No unsupervised contact with minors; no taverns/bars/liquor stores; no contact
with victim; not to consume alcohol or drugs.
2) Comply with standard sex offender rules: cooperate with electronic monitoring.
3) Face-to-face contact with law enforcement required; comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of WI sex offender registration program.
