Volunteers Clean Up Superior Parks

Dedicated Volunteers Dubbed 'Park Warriors'

Superior parks are a little cleaner this summer thanks to a group of volunteers.

The Park Warriors is a volunteer group that has committed to picking up litter, painting structures and removing graffiti this summer. 

Superior Parks and Recreation Director Mary Morgan said recently that the Park Warriors have been a delight to work with.

She added that Superior has never seen a volunteer group so unified and dedicated to helping the parks.

The Warriors are out every week, cleaning without fail and greatly appreciated by the Superior community.
