U.S. Air Force Showcases Supercar

The Air Force Mustang X1 is a $1 million dollar high performance car custom built by the U.S. Air Force officers in partnership with Galpin Auto Sports.

Unique features include a 4.6 liter engine, ejection seat and night and thermal vision.

It was on display at the Duluth Children’s Museum.

“The Duluth children’s museum loves the military,” Duluth Children’s Museum president and CEO Cameron Bloom Kruger said. “We’re wanting to serve military families. So we wanted to Air Force to come out here and bring this awesome machine and showcase what they’re doing.”

The Air Force also gave rides to kids in their specialized F 22 golf cart.
