Sclavi’s Restaurant Sees Uptick in Business

Owner Feared He Would Have to Close

An Italian restaurant on the verge of closing is reportedly doing much better.

Sclavi’s opened at 1106 Tower Ave. last October.

Owner Anthony Sclavi told FOX 21 at the beginning of July a lack of customers nearly forced him to close.

But things have turned around since then, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page.

This is a post from Tuesday:

“We’d like to report that through our communities’ efforts, support and hard earned money graciously spent at our establishment in July, we have been able to stabilize Sclavi’s Italian Restaurant & Bar. With continued support such as this, we will be a mainstay in our community, for that, our family is beyond thanks and appreciation. What a great community, you rule!! See you soon!”

Sclavi’s is open Thursday-Saturday from 4:00-10:00 p.m. and specializes in Italian food and craft cocktails.
