Former Duluth Firefighter Pleads Guilty to Federal Charge

A former Duluth firefighter has pleaded guilty to a federal child pornography charge he had been facing.

A grand jury had handed down a seven count indictment against 33–year–old Caleb Lofald in March.

Thursday, federal court officials said he pleaded guilty to producing child pornography.

Lofald is also facing state charges in this case.

His victim at the time was a four month old girl.
