The first Northwoods music festival brought names like Trace Adkins, and Rodney Atkins to the Northern Wisconsin town of Minong, Saturday afternoon.
Fans started filling the Link Ford parking lot at noon, and the first acts didn’t even start until almost 3 p.m.
The charitable concert was put on by the Jack Link’s Company with proceeds benefiting the Northwood Education Foundation.
The festival was scheduled to coincide with Minong’s centennial celebration.
In addition to the two headliners, Maggie Rose, Bucky Covington, David Lee Murphy, and Gloriana also appeared in Minong.
