Change in Charges for Superior Woman Accused of Causing Duluth Man's Death

A Superior woman is facing a heftier charge for allegedly causing a Duluth man’s death.

Forty-nine year old Ann Murray is now facing a charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.

She’s also facing one for knowingly operating a vehicle with a revoked license causing death.

She’s accused of hitting 40–year–old Eric Madrid of Duluth earlier this month while he was walking in the middle of the road in the Town of Wascott.

Murray has two prior O.W.I.’s on her record and initially had been charged with operating while intoxicated–third offense and operating a vehicle after revocation causing injury.
