The University of Minnesota-Duluth will be flooded with new students, this week.
While new freshmen and transfer students arrive on campus, Tuesday, for move-in day, around 140 upper classmen spent Monday preparing to welcome those students and get them acclimated to their new surroundings.
The Bulldog Welcome Week staff will be working with the new students from Wednesday thru Saturday helping them prepare for the first week of classes.
Organizers say it’s important for the new students to connect with at least 1 older student who they can look to for support and guidance if they have issues when classes begin next week.
