LSC Foundation Hosts Golf Tournament

More than 100 golfers converged on Ridgeview Country Club to help support a local college.
The Lake Superior Foundation hosted the 14th annual golf outing Tuesday.
Dozens of golfers from all skill sets came out to support the cause.
Money raise from the event will go towards scholarships for LSC Students, as well as special equipment for programs put on by the college.
“Over 70 percent of our student population receives some form of financial aid. This can really help with tuition and books, and it’s much needed for our students,” said Executive Director of the LSC Foundation, Kim Parmeter.
The Lake Superior College Foundation gives out $200,000 dollars annually.
