Senator Amy Klobuchar stopped in Duluth Monday night at Barnes and Noble.
During her time there the Senator read from some of her favorite passages in the book she wrote entitled, “The Senator Next Door”.
“My dad grew up in Ely. My grandpa was an Iron Ore miner so we’ve spent a lot of time growing up, up here. I rode my bike up the Iron Range and of course spent a lot of time in Duluth, I love Duluth.” She said.
Through a filter of humor and wit Klobachar’s book details her interactions with both sides of the political aisle in Washington.
