For the first time in 35 years, college students are consuming more pot than cigarettes, according to an annual study done by the University of Michigan.

It found fewer than six percent of full-time students surveyed for the study reported using pot at least 20 times in the last 30 days.

Five percent of students said they smoked cigarettes that often.
A midday nap may be good for your heart health.

Researchers studied 400 middle-aged people with high blood pressure.

They found people who napped saw their blood pressure dropped an average of five percent throughout the day.

Study authors say while the blood pressure decrease appears to be low, reductions as small as two points can reduce the risk of cardiovascular events by up to 10 percent.
There is no such thing as a hangover cure, according to two new surveys on drinking.

They found even if you try to hydrate or eat extra to avoid a hangover that will have little or no effect on what you feel the next morning.

Experts say these surveys are observational and lab research is needed before there’s any final say.
