The Armory Arts and Music Center kicked off a series of events celebrating its 100th birthday.

Inside Clyde Iron Works artists from all over performed anything from folk to rock and roll.

The event highlights the Armory being a place of music, arts and inspiration since the 1990’s and new life that’s coming to the historical building.

“The Armory Arts and Music Center is in discussions with a developer and we’re working on a development agreement that will ensure that the Armory is here as a community asset for the next 100 years.”

Armory officials say more details will be available this November.

The event was supposed to take place in Leif Ericson Park.

It was moved to Clyde Iron Works because of the weather.
