Making Smoked Salmon Mousse

This week we make smoked salmon mousse with Northern Waters Smokehaus. 

Salmon Mousse:

-Mix 2 tbsp. garlic and 1/4 cup of cream in food processor

-Add softened cream cheese to mixture

-Add dill and rosemary

-Add 2 tbsp. of lemon juice and mix

-Add smoked salmon

-Mix and chill for several hours

Serve how you would like!
