Fight for Life, Northland Toddler Receives New Heart

Aria Grams Making Progress

After months of being on a machine to keep her alive a 1-year-old has finally received a life-saving transplant.

Aria Grams has spent the last 3-months at Mayo Clinic in Rochester after being diagnosed with cardiomyopathy.

Sunday, a team of doctors were able to give her a new heart.

According to the Facebook page ‘Heart Warrior Princess Aria Rose’ she still has a long road to recovery ahead of her.
