The Miller-Dwan foundation has been auctioning small custom structures for years.

Depending on the year and function they’ve called their custom buildings mini-cottages or playhouses.

This year’s “Beverage Retreat” building is an adult playhouse.

The building, set to be put up for auction September 26 at the foundation’s ARTcetera event, is valued at over $50,000.

Foundation President Traci Marciniak said the structure is perfect for someone with a large yard or lake cabin who likes to entertain.

The mini-cottage comes with a fold out couch, custom cushions, walls, barware and cabinets.

A Jenn-Air mini-fridge and Danby Beverage Cooler are also in the building.

The building was put together entirely through donations.

It is one of several items that will be auctioned off by the Miller-Dwan foundation, and Marciniak said it should be up for bidding in the middle of the event.

In past years, the structures have sold for between $14,000.00  and $26,000.00.

All proceeds from this years auction will go to the expansion and renovation of the Miller-Dwan Adult Mental Health Facility.

The foundation is hoping to raise around $1 million total.
