For this week’s Cooking Connection, we make a spicy appetizer with 7 West Taphouse.

Fried Jalapeno Beer Cheese Wontons

-Lay out wonton strips

-Add dollop of jalapeno beer cheese sauce to each strip

-Wet two sides of wonton strip with water

-Fold wontons 

-Fry them in oil, once browned remove them

-Dip them in any sauce you’d like and enjoy!
