Traffic Advisory: Boo at the Zoo

The Duluth Police Department is advising the public of high traffic expected for this Saturday’s “Boo at the Zoo” event. 

The event is taking place at the Lake Superior Zoo from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, October 10 and October 17. 

Pedestrian traffic is anticipated to be high along Grand Avenue near the zoo. 

Families will be crossing Grand Avenue at two crosswalks set up by the Duluth Police Reserves

Drivers are reminded to yield to pedestrians.  

Grand Avenue near the zoo is also heavy with construction. 

If you plan on driving in the area of this event,  you are urged to drive with caution.
