Duluth Man Arrested for Selling Heroin

A 28-year-old Duluth man is behind bars for selling heroin. 

Frank Washington was arrested Wednesday following a drug investigation by the Duluth Police Department, Superior Police Department and the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force. 

During the arrest, police confiscated heroin packaged to sell along with other evidence indicating he sold the drug. 

Washington has been charged with 2nd degree sale of heroin. 

He is currently being held at the St. Louis County Jail on $50,000 bail. 

At the time of his arrest, Washington was on probation for 2nd and 3rd degree sale of a controlled substance.
