Minnesota State Fair ranks Best in Nation

The Great Minnesota Get Together was just voted the greatest fair in the nation. 

Last week, the Minnesota State Fair was named 2015’s Best State Fair by readers of USA Today’s 10 Best. 

According to the list, the fair is one of the nation’s biggest.  

The fair employs around 80 full-time employees and 2,500 people at fair-time. 

The 12-day long event is a staple for tourists, drawing in around 1.8 million visitors to the fairgrounds every year. 

The Iowa State Fair ranked second in the nation.
