One Injured in Iron Range Crash
One person was injured following a two-car crash on the Iron Range Monday afternoon.
86-year-old Genesia Baron of Chisholm, was traveling Westbound on Highway 169, when she attempted to turn onto County Road 7 and was struck by an eastbound truck.
Baron was taken to Virginia Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the truck, 48-year-old Brian Shaver of South Range, WI, was not injured in the collision.
The accident remains under investigation.
