2 Engineers Speak to Students

Two Google Software Engineers hosted a tech talk Monday at The University of Minnesota Duluth.

The Google engineers held breakout sessions throughout the day for students. 

The engineers helped prepare students for the interview process if they plan on going into the tech industry. 

In aonther session, they held a tech talk exploring creative approaches to solving technical challenges for people with limited resources.

 “Students tell us that they would like some more big name companies to be on campus, and to give them that opportunity to connect and start to build relationships,” said Susan Hudec, the Employer Relations Coordinator at UMD.

The engineers also hosted office hours later Monday night to answer any questions students may have  about working in the tech industry.
