Duluth Man Convicted of Armed Robbery

A Duluth man has been convicted of armed robbery for holding up a Duluth bank in February. 

22-year-old Abraham Lamin was charged with 1st degree aggravated robbery and felon in possession of a firearm after robbing the Wells Fargo bank in Cub Foods at gunpoint on February 5th. 

Lamin will spend the next 15 and a half years behind bars after being found guilty in Federal Court. 

He has an extensive criminal background including prior convictions of aggravated robbery, several burglary convictions and assault.
