Turn Your Porch Light On in Memory of Jacob Wetterling

It’s been 26 years since Jacob Wetterling disappeared. 

Wetterling was 11-years-old when he was abducted by a masked gunman while biking home with his brother and a friend from a convenience store in St. Joseph,Minnesota. 

The case remains unsolved. 

The Jacob Wetterling Resource Center is asking families to leave their porch lights on Thursday in honor of Jacob. 

In addition, the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center and the Wetterlings are urging parents to sit down with their kids and talk about prevention.
