The Duluth East Executive Board invited students from across the Northland to join them at the Duluth Public Library, Saturday, for the 2nd Annual Path to Peace event.

Duluth East students organized the event to help raise awareness about the need to end bullying.

Michael Kelly, a Duluth East senior, is one of the students who helped put this year’s event together.

Kelly  said bullying in schools has gotten out of hand and the the Path to Peace gives him and other students a chance to make a difference.

Students walked from the library around the DECC and back before hearing speeches and presentations on how to stop and prevent bullying.
