Bemidji Police Seek Help Locating Missing Woman

The Bemidji Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing woman. 

31-year-old Rose Downwind was last seen on October 21. 

Investigators with the Bemidji Police Department say they received information from Downwind’s ex-boyfriend that he last saw her leave a residence on Stoner Avenue that morning. 

Downwind may have gotten into a blue vehicle- unknown make or model.  She was last seen wearing a blue sweater and black pants.
