DTA Removing Two Bus Stops in Duluth Heights Neighborhood

The Duluth Transit Authority is removing two bus stops in the Duluth Heights neighborhood that they say are unsafe for passengers.

The bus stops are located on Joshua Avenue near Walgreens in Duluth Heights.

The two stops will be permanently removed on Monday, November 9.

Passengers who frequent the Route 10 (Duluth Heights-Mall) will be impacted.

The DTA says the bus stops are located in areas they deem unsafe for passengers boarding and getting off the bus.

Passengers are now encouraged to use the bus stops located at the Stone Ridge Shopping Center.
