Police to Announce Reward in Search for Missing Duluth Woman
The Duluth Police Department is set to announce a reward leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the disappearance of Sheila St. Clair.
St. Clair was reported missing on September 10 by her daughter.
Authorities are concerned for her welfare. Her daughter says St. Clair has health issues and it is unusual for her to be out contact for this long.
Police say it appears she may have disappeared from the Duluth area around September 1.
She was believed to have been traveling to White Earth, but never made it.
St. Clair does not have a car and may have received a ride from someone.
In the past she has also traveled to the Red Cliff, Wisconsin area.
She also goes by the name Sheila Jackson.
Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact police.
