Hayward Police Investigating Bomb Threat

Hayward Police are investigating a bomb threat called into Hayward Primary School on Monday. 

In a letter posted on their Facebook page, the police department says they took all necessary precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the children. 

The school was evacuated while authorities searched the building. 

Police determined the building was safe and school activities resumed as normal. 

The Hayward Police Department says at this time, they have determined the action was just a threat and are continuing to investigate.
