Should the state statute which prohibits the issuance of licenses for the sale of intoxicating liquor in the Lakeside and Lester Park neighborhoods be repealed?
Yes – 14,031 (66.98%)

Duluth City Question 2:
Shall the Duluth City Charter be amended to adopt Ranked Choice Voting, also known as Single Transferable Vote, as the method for electing the mayor and the city councilors without a separate primary election and with ballot format and rules for counting votes to be adopted by ordinance?
Yes – 5,271 (25.3%)
No – 15,564 (74.7%)
Duluth City Question 3:
Shall the Duluth City Charter be amended to have the fee paid to city council members determined by the Charter Commission, approved by a two–thirds vote of the city council and the new fee taking effect the January after the next municipal election?
Yes – 11,528 (59.3%)
No – 7,912 (40.7%)

Shall the school board of the Independent School District No. 318 be authorized to issue its general obligation school building bonds in an amount not to exceed $80,135,000 to provide funds for the acquisition and betterment of school sites and facilities, including the acquisition of land for and the construction and equipping of two new elementary school facilities?
