Making a Greek Burger with Island Lake Inn

For this week’s cooking connection, we make Greek burgers with Island Lake Inn. 

This is made with lamb and tzatziki sauce. 

Greek Burger

-Sauteed onions
-1.5 lbs. lamb
-1.5 tsp. cumin
-1 tsp. pepper
-Combine meat, onions and spices to make a patty

Tzatziki Sauce

-Greek yogurt
-Finer diced cucumber
-2 tbs. dill
-Fresh mint
-Salt and Pepper

*Lamb should be cooked medium-rare to medium to prevent it from drying out.
