Duo Charged in Superior Robbery

Two suspects have been charged in connection to an attempted robbery in Superior last Thursday.

18-year-old Nickolas Tollas was charged with five counts of felony bail jumping and one count of attempted armed robbery-party to the crime.

20-year-old Dylan Semborski was charged with one felony count of attempted armed robbery.

Superior Police say the duo was armed with knives when they attempted to rob the Superior Coin and Currency store on the night of November 12.

Semborski was shot by the store clerk and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Tollas fled the scene, but was arrested two hours later.

Police say it’s unlikely the clerk will face any charges for shooting Semborski.

Semborski will be back in court on November 25.

A court date has not yet been set for Tollas.
