Superior Tree Lighting Postponed

High winds and heavy rain are pushing back the annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony in Superior. 

The ceremony was originally scheduled to take place on Wednesday, November 18. 

The event has now been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 24 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Center City Park in Superior. 

Event activities include a visit from Santa, holiday carols and sing-a-longs, cookies, hot dogs, refreshments, and other holiday-related activities. 

The tree will be lit at 6 p.m. 

The ceremony is free and open to the public.
