1,400 Impacted by Power Outage

Lake Country Power says nearly 1,400 customers are without power. 

The outages are due to high winds blowing trees and limbs onto power lines.

Areas impacted by the power outage include St. Louis County, Itasca County, Aitkin County and a few other locations in between. 

Crews are working to restore power. 

It’s unknown when the power will be back up and running. 

Lake Country Power anticipates the outages to continue into Wednesday night.
