Grambsch Family Candy Shop Opens Up for One Day

It's a Family Tradition Going on for Decades

The Grambsch Family Candy Store Opened for the season, but only for one day.

The candy store opens at the Depot Square one day a year to demonstrate traditional Candy Making method passed on for generations within the family.

The original family owned candy store opened 1910. After the death of the owner, Ben Grambsch, the shop closed, and the candy making tools were donated to the Depot in Duluth.  After a few years, the Grambsch family decided to open up the shop once a year to demonstrate the art of candy making to the public.

It’s a tradition that has been going on in the family for decades, and one that they anticipate will continue to live on.¬†
