Duluth Robbery Suspect Arrested, Charged

A Duluth man has been arrested in connection to an armed robbery. 

20-year-old Shaun Ferguson was arrested Sunday on 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery charges. 

Duluth Police responded to the area of the 1500 block of East 1st Street around 4:30 Sunday night on reports of a robbery.  

Officers spoke to a pizza delivery driver who says when he arrived at the delivery location,  the suspect approached his car and displayed a gun. 

The victim told police that Ferguson reached in his vehicle, taking a pizza, his wallet and a bottle of soda before fleeing the area. 

The Duluth K9 team successfully tracked Ferguson to a nearby home, where he was arrested. 

Ferguson was taken to jail and has since been charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery.
