Area Surrounding Fire in Carlton Evacuated

Crews are cleaning up at the scene of a massive fire in Carlton.

It happened around 10 a.m. Wednesday morning at Arrowhead Cycle and ATV on 202 Chestnut Ave in Carlton.

Officials say they told those surrounding the business to evacuate.

There was one person inside the building when the fire started but that person was uninjured.

However, another person outside of that building had to be treated for burn injuries.

Officials say they don’t know how the fire started and are investigating the cause.

Crews from the Carlton, Esko and Wrenshall fire departments all responded to the scene.
