Duluth Burglary Suspect Arrested

A 57-year-old Duluth man has been charged with burglary following an incident on Wednesday. 

Duluth Police responded to the area of Lake Avenue and 9th Street around 11:30 Wednesday morning on reports of a burglary. 

Police arrived at the scene and spoke to the victim, who gave them a description of the suspect and direction of travel. 

Police located and arrested Randy Wosmek in connection to the burglary. 

During a search, police recovered stolen items from the residence on Wosmek. 

Wosmek has been charged with 1st Degree Burglary. 

He has an extensive criminal record including charges of receiving stolen property, several burglary convictions, damage to property, obstructing the legal process and several driving violations.
