Man Dies after “Unintentional” Shooting in Duluth

A 19-year-old man is dead after what police are calling an unintentional shooting in Duluth on Sunday. 

Police say the shooter is a 21-year-old man who resides in the same home as the victim. 

Duluth Police responded to the area of the 300 block of West Faribault Street around 2 Sunday afternoon on reports of a shooting. 

Jacob Andrew Bergman was taken to the hospital for a gunshot wound,  where he later died of his injuries. 

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
