Man Sentenced for Shooting Incident

A man involved in a shooting incident in downtown Duluth has been sentenced.

Tuesday, 20-year-old Levi Miller was ordered to serve five years of probation for committing second degree assault.

If he violates the terms of his probation then he’ll have to serve a three and a half year prison sentence.

He shot into a crowd during bar close in Duluth in September on West First Street near Lake Avenue.

No one was injured.
