Trial Set for Superior Woman Charged with Killing a Man with Her Vehicle
A trial is now set for a Superior woman facing charges for the death of a Duluth man.
Forty–nine year old Ann Murray, who is facing a charge of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, will go to trial on June 21st.
She’s also facing a count of knowingly operating a vehicle with a revoked license, causing death.
She’s accused of hitting her close friend, 40–year–old Eric Madrid, while he was walking in the middle of the road in the town of Wascott in August.
Murray has two prior O.W.I’s on her record.
