Red Cross in Desperate Need of Blood Donations

The American Red Cross is in desperate need of blood donations. 

Eligible blood donors of all types are needed, especially those with O, AB, B negative and A negative blood types. 

The blood is needed to respond to both small and large-scale emergencies across the country every single day. 

If you wish to donate blood, there are several opportunities in the Northland in February: 

-February 1, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the University of Minnesota Duluth-Athletics Dept, 150 Sports & Health Center, 1216 Ordean Court

-February 2 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., American Red Cross-Northland Chapter, 2524 Maple Grove Road

-February 2, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Kenwood Lutheran Church, 2720 Meyers Avenue
