Level Two Sex Offender Moves to Virginia
The Virginia Police Department is letting the public know about a Level Two Sex Offender moving into the area.
29-year-old Scott Villebrun was released January 4 and now resides in the area of 2nd Street North in Virginia.
Villebrun is not wanted by police and has served his full sentence.
Police say Villebrun assaulted and held a woman against her will. He used threats and weapons to gain compliance of the victim, who was known to him.
