Oakdale Police Officer Shot in Arm

A police officer was shot and wounded in Oakdale Thursday morning. 

The Washington County Sheriff’s Department says the officer was shot in the arm while responding to a call. 

The suspect was shot and killed by the officer and has yet to be identified. 

The officer was taken to Regions Hospital and treated for his injuries. 

Authorities were executing a search warrant at the time of the shooting.
