Kids Invited to Decorate the Mayor’s Office

Duluth Mayor Emily Larson is calling all kids to show off their art skills.

Larson posted an update on social media asking kids in the community to send in artwork to help decorate the empty walls of the Mayor’s office.

Larson is asking kids to share their hopes and dreams for the city.

She says it’s a good way for young people to feel connected to city government and the future.

“This is just one way that they can really impact what it is that I’m thinking about every single day,” said Mayor Larson.

Art submissions can be dropped off at the Mayor’s Office or mailed in.
