Remember when your parents told you to eat your vegetables? 

Apparently, Americans are still not listening. 

More than half of all Americans don’t eat more than one cup of fruit or one- and-a-half cups of vegetables a day, according to the CDC. 

But there are some simple ways to get much-needed fruits and veggies into your diet.
