Riley Tufte Named Mr. Hockey

UMD Commit Wins Minnesota's Top Honor

High school hockey season in Minnesota isn’t officially over until Mr. Hockey is named.  The 2016 award went to Blaine forward and UMD commit Riley Tufte.

A potential first round NHL draft pick, Tufte was second in the state with 47 regular season goals and tied for third with 85 points.

Tufte, along with recent transfer Avery Peterson of Grand Rapids, will give The Bulldogs two of the last three Mr. Hockey winners.
