Boys and Girls Club Iron Chef Competition
Kids make their own concoctions to try and appease the tastebuds of the judge.
It wasn’t quite green eggs and ham, but it might have been close at the annual Boys and Girls Club Iron Chef Competition in Duluth.
Kids got the chance to be creative with a variety of ingredients but they had to follow the theme of a unique breakfast.
Duluth police officer Mike Jambor served as judge of all the concoctions, but his role goes way beyond that.
“The best thing is the interaction with the kids, a huge part of law enforcement is community interaction and building those relationships with the kids we work with. This is a great way to do it,” said Jambor.
