Many gather to find out more about the Affordable Care Act

Small business owners can sometimes find their health insurance options tough to understand but a special event in Duluth was deigned to help.

21 small business owners from around Minnesota attended the conference to discover more about the Affordable Health Care Act and its possible impact on their companies.

The owners learned about what their health care options are and how to potentially make their business more successful.

There were four keynote speakers at the conference.

Richard Lett, CEO of LeClair Group, said “We are a small business and we recognize that it is other small businesses like us that create employment and create the taxes that create the economy that repairs the roads and provide all the other programs that we have.”

The major goal of the meeting was to help business owners better understand the Affordable Care Act and how to cover their employees.
