3rd Annual Duluth Puzzle Derby Held In Duluth

76 Teams Entered The Competition

Community members put their heads together for some problem solving fun, at the 3rd annual Duluth Puzzle Derby.

Dozens of people competed in the jigsaw puzzle competition held at Clyde Iron Works, all for a good cause.

The rules are simple. Teams get together to solve the same 500 piece puzzle. The team who finishes first wins.  There is a fee to enter the competition, and all the proceeds go to support South St. Louis County 4-H programs.

This year 76 teams entered for chance to win. Clyde Iron donated the space for the competition, and many of the prizes were also donated.

“I love word games I’m a web developer I love kind of fitting stuff together and making things work,” Misty Havens, a competitor said.

Organizers raised 1500 dollars for their cause.
